About Sarah
Before I teach flexibility, I live it on stage.
I’m Sarah Childs, a Las Vegas–based dancer, contortionist, and movement coach. I began dancing at age two in Dallas, Texas, and went on to earn national recognition for both performance and choreography. Trained in the Mongolian style of contortion, I bring a rare balance of strength, control, and artistry to the stage.
I hold a BFA in Dance Performance with a minor in Business Administration from Chapman University, where I trained under elite faculty in ballet, contemporary, modern, jazz, and hip hop, and gained extensive on-camera experience through dance films and media productions.
My credits include Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy, a soloist role for L’Oréal’s Infallathon, AREA15, and CinemaCon at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Today I teach dance and contortion at The Rock Center for Dance and work across live entertainment, film, and digital platforms. With 750K+ followers on TikTok and nearly 100K on Instagram, I’m available for performance, commercial, and creative projects.
