The one-page Fighter Mobility Routine: ten illustrated stretches with step-by-step cues
Wrists to hips

What each one is for

So here’s the thing I figured out after a day of sparring at Odin’s Halls — the parts of you fighting leans on aren’t the ones most stretch routines bother with. Your wrists, shoulders and chest for striking. Your neck, spine and hips for grappling. Your hip flexors and hamstrings for kick boxing. Every stretch on the page is there for one of those jobs.

Ten minutes. Do it after training.

Print it, tape it up by the mats, run it on the days your body’s talking back. If something’s sharp, not stretchy — that’s a no for today.
